All sales are final. We accept returns for refund or exchange, for items damaged in transit.
Refunds and Exchanges: We take precautionary measure to ensure all items are packaged securely to avoid damage during transit. In the unlikely event that your item is damaged during transit, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the artwork at seguinart@gmail.com to alert us of the damage so that we can investigate further. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement if not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
Lost or stolen packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
